If you’re a music fan in Canada, Canadian Music Week is your version of paradise. The annual Toronto-based conference and concert series brings together local and international performers, as well as industry professionals, producers and radio personalities, for introspective panel discussions, artist showcases and a celebration of all things music.
Although live music has been on pause for much of the past year, Canadian Music Week is pressing play and getting artists back on stage through an all new digital festival format from May 18-21. Canada’s Walk of Fame is responsible for cementing (literally and figuratively) the star status of many of this country’s most iconic entertainers. To support emerging talent, Canada’s Walk of Fame is partnering with RBC to present the winners of its 2020 Emerging Musician Program through this CMW showcase. The program has already produced notable alumni including John Legend and David Guetta collaborator Faouzia, who will appear during the show for a special guest performance. Watch here.
